With a new year, will come new inspirations & creativity for Hana & George. However, I would like to thank you all for your support and comments. I began writing this blog for me, as a way of documenting my thoughts and influences, and the fact that others also enjoy to read my posts just makes the experience even more rewarding.
2013 was a brilliant year, on a personal and work level, and I am looking forward to what this new year will bring.
Wishing you all lots of love, laughter and success for 2014.
Neon is a statement trend that we saw introduced into our homes and wardrobes last year, and it’s set to stay for the foreseeable future! I have to admit that I love adding a touch of neon to my outfits with a bright necklace or to my home with accessories.
The weather really isn’t getting anywhere close to summer so adding neon to your life is the perfect way of updating your style with a pop! Here is a little look at some of the neon images that I have been collating, but to view more check out our Pinterest page.
Even though this year seems to have flown by so far, I am beginning to crave a little more warmth and sunshine into my days. As we are a while off spring gracing us with its presence, these two images with their orange floral hues from the printed fabric & big blooms are a perfect substitute.
After all the excitement from the Christmas and New Year festivities, January is the perfect month to allow for down time and I’ve been busy on Pinterest gathering inspirations for a creative year ahead.
I can lose myself for hours viewing magazines and online resources to give me inspiration on my next upholstery pieces to work on, fabrics to choose and other interior delights for this blog, my virtual sketchbook. I thought I’d share a little of what I’ve collated recently, and if you’d like more beautiful images to digest, take a look on my Interior Motives board.
Happy Friday! I hope you’ve all got lovely weekends planned.
As you’re all getting prepared to welcome in a new year in style and setting resolutions to achieve in 2013, I’d like to wish you all a happy and prosperous year ahead. I hope 2013 holds fun, laughter and joy for you all and I look forward to continuing to develop this blog with posts that not only inspire you, but bring a smile.
