‘Twas the Night Before

Here we are on Christmas Eve and I think it’s only appropriate to collate one more festive post of stunning images to make sure that you’re all dosed up on holiday inspiration!

I’d like to take this opportunity to thank everyone of you for your lovely comments and support of my humble blog this year, and I hope that you’re all surrounded by festive cheer, love and laughter.

Wow Factor

I can’t resist a room that offers the ‘wow factor’ from the moment that you enter the room, and this collection of images definitely caught my eye! I think Christmas is the ideal opportunity to inject your personality and to add decoration that makes the month of December not just memorable, but special.

Whether you fire a touch of neon into your festive celebration with neon wrapped candles or adorn your tree with baubles of shocking hues, here is a little inspiration to get you in the colourful mood…

Pedal Stool

This has got to be the cutest christmas inspiration I’ve seen yet. Put your festive figurines up there with your silver tray by encasing them within glass cake stands and vintage bell jars…utter perfection, in my humble opinion!

Will you be putting your deer on a pedal stool?

Wrap Up

One of my favourite parts of Christmas is wrapping the presents. It’s a brilliant opportunity to go all out with your creative inspiration and give a gift that is not only beautifully presented, but also a touch hand crafted.

I’m a big fan of ribbons (I even have a ribbons drawer!) and think that recycling is ideal when it comes to gift wrapping. This year I plan on wrapping my presents in news print, using neon ribbon knotted in large bows and stitching my gift tags myself.

How will you wrap yours?

Jazz Up

It’s December! As it’s officially now the month to get festive (and not feel bad about doing so!), I thought I’d start the week with a little festive inspiration for your homes.

Whether you love to go overboard or keep things subtle, Christmas is the perfect time to ‘jazz up’ your home…

Starry Light

I this twinkling fairy lights are ideal for adding instant festivity to your home. You can go as subtle or over the top as you so wish, and can drape the string of glowing beauty over your mantlepieces, through bannisters…the choice is endless.

It’s Happening

I know, it’s perhaps a little too early but let’s not fight it any longer…it’s time for a little Christmas inspiration!

If you’re looking for a lovely way of decorating your side table or just filling a vase with something visually beautiful, then look no further than this! You can collect the branches on a weekend walk and then decorate the branches with stunning glass baubles.

I must admit, I love the pastel colour scheme. Yum.
